Robert Eric Hegel (born August 5, 1948) is an American singer-songwriter and international recording artist best known for writing the Air Supply top twenty hit "Just as I Am", the top ten disco hit "Sinner Man" for Sarah Dash (of LaBelle), and "Do It For Our Country" from the movie Grease 2.
