Gregor Justin "Gore" Verbinski (born March 16, 1964) is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, and musician. He is best known for directing Mouse Hunt (1997), The Ring (2002), the first three Pirates of the Caribbean films, Rango (2011), The Lone Ranger (2013), and Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die (2025).
