Sal Solo (born Christopher Scott Stevens) is an English singer. == Career == Solo began his career with a band called The News, which released one 7" single on GTO Records. Then he formed the pop group Classix Nouveaux, with former members of X-Ray Spex, which became associated with the burgeoning New Romantic movement. They released three albums with EMI Records.
