Luis Miguel Gallego Basteri (pronounced [ˈlwis miˈɣel ɣaˈʝeɣo βasˈteɾi]; born 19 April 1970) is a Mexican singer and record producer. Born in Puerto Rico to parents of Spanish and Italian descent, he is often referred to as "El Sol de México" ("The Sun of Mexico").
